Cardio Tennis in Clitheroe Lancashire 2016-10-29T20:45:23+00:00

If you love tennis AND keeping fit…
… grab a racquet and try Cardio Tennis

Whether you’re 16 or 60; play tennis regularly or haven’t picked up a racket since school, we’d love to see you at Cardio Tennis in Clitheroe.

Cardio Tennis is a sociable, high energy workout, that takes place on a tennis court. Music will motivate you through calorie-burning tennis drills, led by me, your LTA registered coach.

In just 60 minutes you’ll burn 600+ calories and pick up tennis skills along the way.

My Adult Cardio Tennis groups are a mix of ladies and men of all abilities enjoying tennis together. And now kids can join in the fun too with Junior Cardio Tennis on a Saturday afternoon.

Your Cardio Tennis workout will go like this

Bring along your own racket if you have one, if not don’t worry as I can lend you one. Wear comfortable gym kit and trainers. You’ll be working up a sweat, so don’t forget to bring a water bottle too!

No! Cardio Tennis is great way for beginners to give tennis a try. True beginners can begin to play immediately and even be on the same court with more advanced players.

The class moves along quickly, so no one will be judging your skills, and it doesn’t matter whether the ball goes in or out.

No! Cardio Tennis is for anyone who wants to have fun getting fit.

I will lead you through a 60 minute class consisting of a short warm up and cool down either side of a 40 minute full body workout.
